Learn concepts and principles of Philippine Martial Arts known as Arnis or Eskrima. Classes will introduce the student to self-defense training against armed attackers possessing weapons such as sticks, clubs and knives. Open to all experience levels. Comfortable clothing and rubber soled shoes recommended. Teaching foundation direct from Giron System, Serrada, Decuerdas systems.
